Performance issues: warning icons in the Monitor View

If your network or computer have performance issues, you will see this icon under the video pane of one or your cameras: 

This icon can mean one of two things, depending on what message is displayed when you click it:

1. Warning icon - clicking displays "slow video processing was detected"
2. Warning icon - clicking displays "A low frame rate was detected on this camera"
