Sighthound Video is now an open-source, legacy product. It is no longer under active feature development or regular software updates, but existing purchased licenses do not expire.
License and Pro upgrade handling is now manual. There is no self-service checkout or automatic upgrade flow for legacy Sighthound Video licenses.
Current customers
If you are a current Sighthound Video customer and need an up-to-date license or Pro access, contact support so we can update your account manually. This can also help with access to older packaged versions when needed.
New users
If you are new to Sighthound Video, create a Sighthound account first, then contact support so we can create a legacy license manually. Because license creation is handled manually, there is no website checkout workaround.
What to include in your support request
- The email address used for your Sighthound account.
- Whether you are a current customer or a new user.
- Whether you need Pro access, an updated license, or access to an older installer.
- Your operating system and the Sighthound Video version you are trying to install or run, if relevant.
