How to upgrade from basic to pro

If you have a Basic Edition of Sighthound Video, you can purchase an upgrade to the Pro Edition at a discount receiving credit for your basic purchase. The cost of the Basic license ($60) will be subtracted from the price of the Pro license ($250) for an upgrade cost of $190. 

Upgrade a license in Sighthound Video

1. Go to the Help menu and select Show License Information

2. Select the license you wish to upgrade, click Upgrade, and you will be taken to PayPal

3. Complete the transaction, return to Sighthound Video, and your license will automatically update

Upgrade a license from the account page

1. Log in to https://accounts.sighthound.com/#/account

2. Select the license you wish to upgrade, click Upgrade, and you will be taken to PayPal

3. Complete the transaction, return to the account page, and you will see the upgraded license

 Note: Your license will automatically update in Sighthound Video. To confirm this, go to Show License Information in the Help menu
